Each piece is handmade crochet lace designed by Dominique Calvillo. Many of our pieces are one of a kind but can be ordered custom by filling out the Custom Order Form. Because of the nature of crochet lace, Many of the pieces can accommodate a range of body shapes and sizes and hug the body the way you want it to be hugged.

Meet Dominique Calvillo

My grandmother taught me to crochet when I was 6 years old and I fell in love. I liked to crochet through my childhood and started to connect more to it as art therapy in 2016. Crochet became a crucial part of my mental health while working against human trafficking in Southeast Asia. Even though spending time with survivors was one of the most incredible experiences of my life, I found myself immersed in the darkest parts of humanity, which caused me to suffer from depression and anxiety. I turned to crochet as my main source of meditation. The lace patterns, sacred geometry, and repetitive motions of the stitches restored peace to my soul and gave me hope. I continue to meditate with crochet and am so thankful to be connected to this art form. 

I believe that just as my pieces are woven together with beauty, intricacy, and intent, so are you. I celebrate your shapes, your colors, and all the beautiful details that make up your being.
